The admissions process begins with the parent attending a school tour.  BAC conducts open houses and/or individual school tours several times per year to allow visitors an opportunity to learn about the program and observe our classrooms.  We feel the best way to experience our unique program is first hand.

If interested in applying to our school, please contact BAC’s main line (718-554-1027).  Our Associate Director of School Services will schedule an initial phone call and if applicable, our Executive Director will set up a tour.  Following the tour, an Intake assessment with your child would be conducted to determine eligibility. 

Please note that we do not use a waiting list, children are not admitted on a first come first serve basis. Rather, when we have an opening, we consider the needs of the students we currently serve and the needs of the children from the Intake process and try to make the best match. You are welcome to make a request for an Intake at any time. A request for an Intake may not necessarily result in a subsequent placement.
